It stages professional boxing events and promotes fighters, working with Limitless Entertainment Group on event production, partnerships and media. Its first event, at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California, on November 29, 2025, featured the professional debut of Jimuel Pacquiao. Jas Mathur was named Chief Executive Officer in December 2025.
